Title : Support Engineer


Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of providing engineering and system maintenance services as well as focusing on new applications and integrated projects. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on support on system applications implementation, installation and commissioning, system set-up and problem solving

  • Providing technical support and maintenance services, such as handling customer technical enquiries, trouble-shooting, products testing/verification and system integration etc.

  • Coordinating with sub-contractors to fulfill customer requirements

  • Assisting in program development and system testing

  • Assisting in any ad hoc pre-sales activities

  • Working Location : Macau

  • Traveling is required


Requirements:

College/Higher Diploma graduate in Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering with recognized professional qualifications CCNA/CCNP and/or Microsoft Certificate

  • At least 1 years' solid experience in system installation, commissioning and system implementation.

  • Strong technical knowledge in software and hardware support, network diagnostic and troubleshooting, programming, cloud application and PC/Mac/Mobile application knowledge.

  • Strong analytical skills and willing to learn

  • Good customer focus with self-initiative towards achieving results

  • Excellent communications and organizing skills

  • Well-versed in PC applications and server application such as Windows 2008/2012, MS SQL, Oracle, Linux, MacOS

  • Experience in programming skills such as Swift, Java, PHP, ASP, .Net etc.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
